The Exhibition Arena is the hub of the Conference; it's where delegates register on arrival, all refreshment breaks and lunches are served and is the location of the mini theatre, speed networking and internet zone.

The square metre rate is £183.00 + VAT and will include the following:

www.cihscotland-conference.org provides up to date information on programming, exhibition, sponsorship and general Conference news. The website was launched in August 2007 which means you can still promote your business 7 months prior to the Conference and 3 months post Conference.

Table at the Pre-Conference Dinner £1,000 + VAT

The Pre-Conference Dinner and Entertainment is attended by over 450 people and is always a great evening. Sponsorship of a table enables you to entertain your customers and/or colleagues in addition to having a visual presence at the event.

Conference Lunch £1,000 + VAT per day £2,750 + VAT for three days

Served in the Exhibition Arena, everyone enjoys the fantastic 2-course buffet lunches served each day. They offer people the opportunity to discuss the morning's events, network and visit the Exhibition stands.

Conference Teas and Coffees £2,000 + VAT

Located in the Exhibition Arena they provide the chance to promote your products and services to all attendees throughout the Conference.

Internet Zone £2,500 + VAT

Housed in the Exhibition Arena the internet zone is extremely popular, providing the opportunity to access e-mail and continue day to day business.

Water Bottles £1,250 + VAT

Water bottles offer a highly visual sponsorship opportunity as they are distributed to all attendees at registration.

Delegate List £900 + VAT

On arrival all attendees check to see who else is at the Conference. This document provides a complete listing, including day delegates.

    Speed Networking

    Sign up to our SPEED NETWORKING session taking place on Wednesday 12th March. New for 2008 this fast, interactive event is open to all exhibitors and sponsors. It will provide you with the opportunity to meet a number of potential customers in just 30 minutes.
