Delegate Packages
All packages are inclusive of delegate pack, beverages, a two course buffet lunch and access to the exhibition, keynote and breakout sessions. Please note accommodation is not included.
Delegate Details
Please use a separate booking form for each delegate.
If full delegate details aren't known at the time of booking, they must be confirmed by 31 January 2008. Please note that if organisations change the name of their delegates once the booking has been processed, a £45.00 administration fee will apply.
CIH Membership
To qualify for a membership rate you must be an individual member of the CIH.

Invoicing, Payments and Cancellations
Please don't send payment with your booking form. Instead, indicate where you'd like your invoice to be sent. Payment must be received by 8 February 2008 and all fees must be paid in full before the Conference.
Please note all cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be charged at £115.00 per person up to 28 days before the Conference. Regrettably, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 28 days of the Conference.
Mailing Address
All delegate correspondence including confirmation of bookings and joining instructions and relevant confirmation of dinner reservations will be sent to your e-mail address. Invoices will be forwarded by post to the address provided on the booking form.
Special Requirements
Please indicate any dietary requirements along with confirmation of your planned dinner attendance. Please also indicate any access requirements.
Dinner Reservations
Due to popular demand the Conference Programme will host Dinners on Monday and Wednesday evenings only leaving Tuesday free for delegates to make their own arrangements. However if you select a package that includes dinner, please indicate on the form which dinners you plan to attend so we can reserve a place and issue tickets. If you select a package that doesn't include dinner, you're still welcome to reserve a place on the night of your choice at an additional cost by completing the booking form.
Full Time CIH Student Member Delegates
There are a limited number of free places available to CIH student members who are currently studying for a recognised housing qualification on a full time basis. Please contact your university tutor to submit your application to reserve one of these places.
